Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels—whether you’re brand new to training or getting back into shape. Our Foundations Program ensures beginners start with the right movements and confidence before joining group training.
If you’re new to functional training, our Foundations Program is a five-session personal training course that teaches you essential movements, gym culture, and terminology before joining group classes. This helps flatten the learning curve and ensures you train safely and effectively.
If you’ve trained before, you may qualify for a Test-Out Session with one of our coaches. This one-time assessment ensures you’re familiar with key movements and can safely join our group training program.
Yes! We provide expert-led nutrition coaching to help you build healthy habits, improve energy, and reach your goals. Unlike other gyms in Fairfield, we have a dedicated nutrition coach offering both virtual and in-person coaching options.
Yes! We offer a hybrid membership that gives you 24/7 gym access so you can train at your convenience. You can combine this with personal training or group classes—or just use the facility on your own.
