Interchange Athletics is proud to partner with LG4Fitness to offer a dynamic training program designed to help young athletes perform at their highest level. From improving athletic movement to reducing injury risk, our program is built for athletes ages 12 and up-whether they’re preparing for tryouts, coming back from injury, or looking to take their game to the next level. Join us for our upcoming clinic, summer camp, and weekly in-season training designed to build strong, fast, and resilient athletes across all sports.

One-Day Clinic – June 28
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Get a first look at what our youth training program is all about. This introductory clinic is designed to welcome athletes to our gym, meet our coaches, and experience a taste of the speed, strength, and agility work we offer-all in a fun and supportive environment.

Summer Camp – July 14-18
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
This five-day camp is built to boost performance. Athletes will train daily to improve speed, strength, and agility, setting a strong foundation for their upcoming season. Ideal for all sports and skill levels.

9-Week Performance Program – Coming Soon
Our progressive 9-week training series is for athletes ready to take their game to the next level. Each week builds on the last, focusing on long-term athletic development, injury prevention, and competitive performance. Stay tuned for start dates!

Lexy Gonzalez
Lexy Gonzalez is the founder and head trainer of LG4Fitness, a youth performance training program specializing in speed, strength, and agility development. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Lexy is a certified trainer with a deep-rooted passion for mentoring young athletes and helping them reach their full potential-just as she did during her own athletic journey as a collegiate soccer player and coach.
With experience training hundreds of athletes ranging from youth to collegiate level. She has designed and implemented customized, science-based performance programs tailored to the unique needs of teams and athletes across the Bay Area.
At LG4Fitness, the motto is simple: Train Fit, Feel Fit, Play Fit. Lexy’s mission is to empower young athletes to push past their limits, build confidence, and elevate their game-on and off the field.
